I recently had the chance to visit Behavioral Health Florida, located in Building 615, Oakfield Dr Drive, Brandon City. The team of therapists and psychiatrists here has a wide range of expertise in treating various mental health conditions.The office is conveniently located, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom, making it easy for everyone to access their services.I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff, who made me feel at ease during my visit. However, some areas of the facility could benefit from a slight renovation to improve the overall aesthetic.The team of professionals, led by Nilsa De Jesus Rosario, MD, are clearly dedicated to providing high-quality care to their patients. Despite some minor issues with the waiting area, the staff's focus on delivering excellent service is evident.Unfortunately, there was an issue with the online scheduling system, which caused a delay in my appointment. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me and make up for the inconvenience.Overall, I was satisfied with the services provided by Behavioral Health Florida, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking mental health care.
