The office is located in a convenient spot and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with disabilities to enter and park. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Nicole Miller herself is truly exceptional. She took the time to explain the entire operation in detail, what was done during the surgery, and the upcoming recovery and physical therapy process. Her thoroughness and competence are evident, and she's also very compassionate and caring. One thing to be aware of is the lack of information about their new patients' portal. While Nicole uploaded the visit and discussion details onto the portal within a couple of hours of the appointment, there's no clear guidance on how to access this information.
