This community location has been a great resource for the city of Bartow. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference in getting help. Unfortunately, the quality of the services provided could be improved upon. Overall, the health planning and statistics services are well-organized, but there's a slight delay in getting the results of certain tests. The wheelchair accessible parking lot is a wonderful feature that adds to the convenience of the location. Although the services are provided by Nicole C. Geiger and Case, it's not entirely clear how the teams work together. The community benefits from the variety of health services offered, and the web link to Florida Health Department is very helpful for finding additional resources.
