The location of Nickoz Auto Parts is located on Building 1209, Old Hopewell Rd Road, Unit D, in Tampa City. The business is easily accessible by car, with a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance. The hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The store is available for in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery services. The business accepts debit cards and credit cards as payment methods. The overall experience at Nickoz Auto Parts is generally positive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. The prices of the used auto parts are reasonable and affordable. The business has a wide variety of hard-to-find parts, including for Mercedes, VW, and Audi. However, there seems to be a lack of innovation in the business, with no clear efforts to improve or expand their services. One major issue that has been reported is the lack of responsiveness to phone calls and messages. Despite leaving numerous messages and calling the business hundreds of times, some customers have been met with no response or follow-up. This has led to frustration and disappointment for those who have tried to contact the business.Overall, Nickoz Auto Parts is a reliable and trustworthy source for used auto parts, with a wide selection and competitive prices. However, the business needs to improve its communication and responsiveness to better serve its customers.
