This location provides a unique combination of services, including shopping for gifts, herbs, and medical supplies, as well as medical services such as acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. The staff is responsive to emails and flexible with scheduling, which is a plus. However, some clients have noted that they were not upfront about their treatment options, which led to some confusion. The hours of operation can be confusing, and it's not run like a traditional office. On the other hand, the herbalist, Jonathan Lee, is highly praised for his expertise and presence. Clients have reported relief from pain and other health issues after visiting the clinic. Overall, the location seems to be providing a unique and effective approach to health and wellness, but could improve on clear communication about treatment options. A wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom make it a convenient option for those with mobility issues.
