This business is a top-notch provider of air duct cleaning services, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The team is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes the time to explain the process and answer questions. They use heavy-duty machines that really make a difference in cleaning the ductwork, leaving it in much better condition than before. The staff is friendly and leaves the job site cleaner than when they arrived. The office staff is also very informative and helpful in explaining what to expect.
However, the business seems to have some variability in their scheduling, as they have inconsistent working hours on weekdays, particularly on Thursdays, when they are closed. This might cause some inconvenience for customers who prefer to schedule their appointments during this time.
Overall, the business offers excellent services and is worth considering for anyone in need of air duct cleaning. The only area for improvement is to ensure consistent working hours, especially on weekdays, to accommodate a wider range of customer needs.
