I've been to Next Level Turf Management a few times, and my experience has been mixed. The staff seems friendly and professional, and they're very responsive to customer needs. However, the quality of their work has been inconsistent. Some months, my lawn looks great, but other months it's overgrown and weedy.The prices for their services are very reasonable, which is a major plus. However, this is not enough to make up for the lack of quality control.One of the major issues I've had with this company is their handling of cancelation requests. I've tried to cancel their services a few times, but they continue to show up at my house, even after I've told them not to.I've had a few negative experiences with their technicians, including one incident where a company vehicle tried to run someone off the road. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes me question the company's values.Despite the issues I've had with Next Level Turf Management, I think they have the potential to be a great company. If they can work on improving their quality control and customer service, I might consider using them again in the future.One notable highlight is a positive review from a customer who mentioned that Sam does a great job and is very professional. Another customer had a great experience with the company's lawn care services, mentioning that their yard has never looked better.However, several customers have reported negative experiences, including overpriced services, poor quality work, and unprofessional behavior from the company's technicians. Some customers have even reported being charged for services they did not receive, or being subject to billing errors.Overall, I would not recommend Next Level Turf Management to others until they can work on improving their quality control and customer service.
