The location is a reliable choice for families seeking childcare services. It provides a child-friendly environment that fosters early literacy skills through its educative learning program. The staff is caring and patient, with the owners being kind-hearted and understanding. The open floor plan is a great feature, allowing kids to interact and develop friendships. The location has a good reputation, with most clients expressing satisfaction with the services provided. There is an issue with communication and flexibility, as seen in one of the client's experiences. The location seems to have a strict policy on enrollment and drop-in care, which can lead to misunderstandings and frustration for some clients. The owners' responses to complaints suggest that they are committed to resolving issues, but more transparency and clear communication could help prevent such problems in the future.Overall, the location is a good option for families in the area, but it's essential to have realistic expectations about its policies and procedures. With proper communication and planning, the location can provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of its clients.
