This location is well-liked by its clients. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, with many reviewers praising their exceptional customer service. Steven Oliver, in particular, is mentioned multiple times for his professionalism, patience, and ability to make the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. While some reviewers mention that the process can be stressful, the staff's expertise and communication skills help alleviate these concerns. One reviewer notes that Steven went above and beyond, even driving 8 hours to resolve an issue. The location has a military-friendly policy and has helped many veterans achieve their homeownership goals. The only drawback mentioned is the lack of clear information about the loan process, but this was quickly addressed by the staff. Overall, this location is highly recommended for anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
