New Era Barber Shop is a well-established and reputable barbershop located in Tampa City. The shop has a good reputation among customers, with many praising the quality of their services. The barbers are skilled and take their time to ensure that each customer leaves satisfied with their haircut. The shop is also known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to take kids. However, there are some issues that have been reported by customers. One of the main concerns is the lack of consistency in the quality of service. Some customers have had to wait for a long time to get a haircut, and others have reported receiving subpar service. Additionally, there have been some issues with barbers not listening to customers' requests and not following through on their instructions. The shop's pricing is generally considered to be reasonable, with most customers reporting that they get a great value for the price they pay. The shop offers a variety of services, including haircuts, fades, and eyebrow trimming, making it a one-stop-shop for many customers.Overall, New Era Barber Shop is a solid choice for anyone looking for a quality haircut in a welcoming atmosphere. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with consistency and communication.Note: The issue of lack of consistency and communication is highlighted in the review text, but it is not explicitly stated as a "problem" or "issue".
