NevaJules Paw Spa is a welcoming and safe space for pets and their owners. The staff is friendly, caring, and experienced in grooming a variety of animals. The facility is clean, modern, and wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. The LGBTQ+ friendly environment is a notable feature, providing a safe space for all members of the community. The services offered at NevaJules Paw Spa are top-notch, with a range of options for grooming, including dog grooming, teeth brushing, and nail trimming. The staff takes the time to understand the needs and preferences of each pet, ensuring they receive the best possible care. The "report cards" provided after each visit are a lovely touch, keeping owners informed about their pet's experience. One area that stands out is the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. The staff is happy to accommodate special requests and make sure the pet is comfortable and happy throughout the visit. However, the availability of the services seems to be limited, with closed hours on certain days of the week. This might be a challenge for owners who need to schedule appointments on these days. Overall, NevaJules Paw Spa is a great option for pet owners looking for a trustworthy and caring grooming experience.
