This place is excellent for emergency care for kids. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Johnny at the front desk. He's always smiling and seems to genuinely care about the kids' well-being. The medical assistants and doctors are also very kind and take the time to explain everything to you. I've been impressed with the level of care and attention my kids receive every time we visit. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area is comfortable and kid-friendly.The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star rating is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. However, the staff always seems to be working efficiently to get everyone seen in a timely manner.Overall, I would highly recommend Nemours Children's Health to anyone looking for a pediatric urgent care center. The staff is excellent, and the care is top-notch. Just be prepared for a possible wait, but it's definitely worth it.I've had some issues with the prescription process, but that seems to be an occasional problem that they're working to resolve. Other than that, the service is excellent, and the staff is always professional and friendly.
