This place is great for sailors and yachtsmen. The variety of paints and coatings is impressive, including superior boat bottom paint and marine antifouling. Staff members are knowledgeable and helpful, making the experience pleasant and informative. Superior boat bottom paint is well-satisfied, and ablative protective coatings and repair and refinish products are of good quality. Payments with debit cards and credit cards are convenient. The parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for people with disabilities. However, the first impression is ruined by an overly long and annoying phone waiting time with heavy elevator music. The business hours are standard and predictable, making it easy to plan a visit.
