This apartment complex has its good and bad sides. The pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering the location. However, the quality of the apartments and the overall living experience could be improved. Some of the apartments have issues with mold, rats, and outdated appliances, which makes the living conditions uncomfortable. Additionally, the management team has been inconsistent, and some tenants have reported issues with rude staff and unhelpful maintenance. On the other hand, some tenants have had positive experiences with the staff, particularly with leasing agents like Dawn and Shavon, who have been helpful and professional. Despite the issues, the complex has a nice location and offers amenities like a pool, fitness center, and outdoor space. However, the lack of security cameras and poor parking situation are concerns for some tenants. The management team seems to be working on improving the complex, but it's a slow process. It's essential to weigh the pros and cons before deciding to rent here.
