I've had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch medical care at Intercoastal Medical Group. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Nataly Bruk, the doctor I was seeing, was exceptional in her approach. She listened attentively to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and took the time to address all my questions. Her bedside manner was kind, caring, and understanding, making me feel like I was in good hands.One thing that impressed me was the flexibility of their appointment schedule. They offered same-day appointments, which was a huge convenience for me. The office was clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The use of NFC mobile payments and debit/credit cards for payment options was also a nice touch.The doctor's staff, including her assistant Alex, were all friendly and professional. They were responsive to my needs and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit.While I was impressed with the overall quality of care, there was one instance where I felt that the office could have done better. In one instance, a patient felt that their knee X-ray was lost and their diagnosis was incorrect due to the doctor's reliance on blood work alone.
