This location is a well-equipped truck parts supplier and a great destination for car owners. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, always willing to help with various car-related issues. Many customers praise their exceptional customer service, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure customers get the right parts for their vehicles. Some reviewers appreciate the wide selection of parts and accessories, which makes it easy to find what you need. The store's LGBTQ+ friendly environment is also a plus for some customers. However, a few reviewers mention that the store can be a bit disorganized, and the prices may not always be competitive. One reviewer had a disappointing experience with a staff member who seemed unhelpful and uninterested in their problem.Overall, this location is a great choice for car owners looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team to help them with their car needs. With some minor improvements, it could be even better. The issue with poor customer service from one staff member is a notable concern that the store needs to address to ensure all customers receive the same level of care and respect.
