This nail salon, located in a small business space, provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for kids. The staff is friendly and professional, and the services offered are of high quality. Clients praise the talented nail technician, Marissa, for her attention to detail and ability to create beautiful nail designs. Many customers appreciate the salon's cleanliness, pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Some clients mention that the salon is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for those with mobility issues. However, one issue that stood out was a case where a client was not able to get a scheduled appointment, despite driving 45 minutes, due to a misunderstanding about the availability of services. This incident highlights the importance of clear communication between clients and staff.Overall, this nail salon is a great option for those looking for a relaxing and professional experience. The staff's attention to detail, pleasant atmosphere, and reasonable prices make it a top choice in the area.
