This location is a well-established and reputable nail salon in the Beauty & Wellness category. The business has a convenient location on Dr M.L.K. Jr St N Street in St. Petersburg City, with accessible parking and entrance for people with wheelchairs. The phone number provided is +17273298600. The salon accepts various payment methods, including debit cards and credit cards. The amenities offered include a restroom, making it a comfortable experience for clients. The co-branding with Nail Studio DTSP (Leann’s Nails) suggests a high level of expertise and professionalism. The working hours, which are consistently Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, indicate a commitment to being available to clients during peak hours. The absence of Sunday hours is understandable.Given the consistent ratings from various clients, the services offered are of high quality. Many clients have praised the work of the technicians, specifically mentioning Nini, Jade, and Rose, who have done excellent jobs on their nails and pedicures. The attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials have been noted by several clients. The pricing is also a major advantage for this salon. Clients have mentioned that the prices are reasonable, with many services falling within the $40-$80 range. Some clients have even praised the salon for being the best value in town. However, one client had a negative experience with the salon, mentioning that they were not satisfied with the work done on their nails. Specifically, they mentioned that the technician had cut their nails too short without consulting them first and did not offer any discount or remedy for the mistake. This is a notable issue that the salon should address to improve client satisfaction.Overall, this location is a great option for those seeking high-quality nail services in a convenient and accessible location. While there is room for improvement, the salon's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident.
