This nail salon has a good reputation with a 4.3 rating. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they take pride in their work. They offer a variety of services, including gel and acrylic nails, pedicures, and waxing. The salon is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, with most services costing between $40 and $80. However, some customers have reported inconsistent pricing and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members. There is an issue with pricing consistency, where some customers have reported being charged different prices for the same services. This can be frustrating and unfair for customers who have already paid more than expected.Despite this issue, many customers have reported being satisfied with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Some have even reported having their nails done for special occasions, such as weddings and proms. Overall, Nail Port Express is a good option for those looking for a reliable and affordable nail salon. However, it's essential to communicate clearly with the staff and ensure that prices are discussed and agreed upon before services are performed.
