This business seems to be a reliable and trustworthy service provider. They specialize in pond maintenance, repair, and rebuild. The company has a strong reputation, with a 4.8-star rating and numerous positive reviews. Clients praise their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality work. The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with disabilities. However, one issue that stands out is the inconsistent working hours, with the business being closed on Wednesday and Thursday, which might be inconvenient for some clients. Despite this, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and their excellent service skills make them a great choice for those in need of pond maintenance and repair. They also offer a one-year limited warranty on labor and senior discounts, which is a nice touch.
