The business location, MY SALON Suite, has established itself as a go-to destination for beauty and wellness services in Lakeland City. With a rating of 4.7 out of 5, it's clear that customers are highly satisfied with their experiences here. The quality of services is consistently high, with a rating of 4.8. Each stylist and technician seems to take pride in their work, ensuring that every client leaves feeling satisfied and looking great.Pricing is a bit more hit-or-miss, with a rating of 4.2. While some clients appreciate the value for money, others may find it a bit steep. However, it's worth noting that the services offered are top-notch, and the overall experience justifies the prices. In terms of innovativeness, MY SALON Suite scores 4.5. The concept of independent salon suites within a shared facility is a unique and forward-thinking approach that sets the business apart from traditional salons. One issue that stands out is the lack of clear signage or communication regarding walk-in availability. One reviewer mentioned calling multiple suites to find out if they were available for a walk-in appointment, which can be frustrating for customers who are looking for a quick fix. However, the business has responded to this feedback, and it seems that they are working to improve their communication and process.
