Murphy USA is a convenient gas station and convenience store located on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee City. They have been around since 1996, offering competitive prices on gas and exclusive deals on snacks and drinks. The staff is usually friendly, and the facilities are clean, with amenities like restrooms and air pumps available. Some customers appreciate the low prices on gas, with several mentioning that it's the cheapest in town. They also offer propane exchange and diesel gas. However, there have been issues with the accuracy of gas prices, with some customers noticing that the pump prices don't match the advertised prices online. There have been some negative reviews about the customer service, with some customers experiencing long wait times and unfriendly staff. One customer had a particularly bad experience with an employee who was on their personal cell phone and seemed disinterested in helping. Another customer reported that the employee was rude and had a horrible attitude.Despite these issues, many customers have reported positive experiences, praising the cleanliness of the facilities, the convenience of the location, and the friendliness of the staff. Some customers have also mentioned that they like the discounts offered when using certain payment methods, such as Walmart cards.Overall, Murphy USA seems to be a decent option for those looking for affordable gas and a quick convenience store stop. However, the inconsistent customer service and accuracy of gas prices are concerns that need to be addressed.
