Murphy USA on Gunn Hwy Highway in Tampa City is a mixed bag. On one hand, they offer some of the best prices on gas in the area, making them a great option for those looking to save some money. The convenience store and amenities like the air pump and car wash are also convenient for customers. However, the quality of service can be hit-or-miss. Some reviewers have reported issues with slow pumps, incorrect prices, and rude staff. There have been instances of pumps being closed despite the business being open, and some customers have had to wait a long time to get assistance. One major issue that stands out is the inconsistent operating hours. Reviewers have reported that the hours posted online do not match the hours of operation, leading to disappointment and frustration for those trying to get gas or use the services.Despite these issues, some reviewers have praised the staff for being friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the location. However, these positive reviews are not enough to outweigh the numerous complaints about the quality of service and inconsistent hours.Overall, Murphy USA on Gunn Hwy Highway is a location that could use some improvement in terms of quality and consistency. While they may offer great prices, the customer experience is not always up to par.
