This business location offers quality legal services, especially when it comes to estate planning. The office is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for people with disabilities. The staff is professional, and the lawyer, Mr. Mumbauer, is knowledgeable and competitive in his pricing. Many clients have praised his responsiveness, quality, and professionalism. However, some clients have had negative experiences, describing Mr. Mumbauer as unprofessional, short-tempered, and cold. He failed to explain the necessary procedures and processes to clients, leading to misunderstandings and potential legal issues. Some clients have reported feeling that Mr. Mumbauer is more focused on making money than providing quality service, which can be a concern for those seeking guidance on complex legal matters.Despite these issues, the business has maintained a high overall rating, likely due to the positive experiences of many clients who have found Mr. Mumbauer to be knowledgeable and professional. To improve, the business could focus on providing better communication and support to clients, particularly during difficult times such as the probate process.
