This storage facility at Building 3975, FL-60 Street, Mulberry City, offers a convenient location for those in need of secure storage. The facility's quality is somewhat compromised by the lack of modern amenities, which is noticeable compared to other storage facilities. However, the staff is friendly and welcoming, making it a great choice for the LGBTQ+ community. The parking situation is well-organized, with both paid and on-site parking options available. This is particularly beneficial for those with large trucks, as there are ample spaces to park. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality of service makes up for it.The facility's commitment to being an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safespace is commendable. The inclusion of a gender-neutral restroom is a thoughtful touch, ensuring that all visitors feel comfortable and included. Overall, this storage facility is a reliable choice for those in need of secure storage and a welcoming environment. One thing to note is the slightly higher prices compared to other similar facilities in the area, which may be a deterrent for those on a tight budget.
