Mr. Lee's Laundromat is a reliable spot for laundry needs, but it has some notable issues. The laundromat is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The owners of this place are wonderful, providing a pick-up laundry delivery service with good communication and clean laundry. The laundromat is clean, with working washers and dryers. However, some machines may not be functioning properly, and the bathrooms are often locked. The air conditioning works, but not always consistently. The laundry prices are reasonable, but the business practices, such as adding extra costs without clear notice, have been reported. Overall, Mr. Lee's Laundromat has potential but also has its issues that might deter some customers.
