The business seems to be a reliable and trustworthy option for appliance repairs. The team appears to be knowledgeable and skilled in their work, with many customers praising their professionalism and thoroughness. The prices seem to be reasonable, with some customers mentioning that they were affordable and worth the cost. The business also seems to be committed to innovation, with some customers mentioning that they provided new and creative solutions to their appliance problems. However, one issue that stands out is the occasional lack of transparency regarding pricing and costs. Some customers have mentioned that they were unsure about the price of their repair or felt that they were charged too much for certain services. This lack of transparency could be improved upon to better serve the business's customers.Overall, Mr. Appliance appears to be a solid choice for those in need of appliance repair services. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, this business is well-equipped to handle a wide range of appliance issues. However, the business could benefit from greater transparency regarding pricing and costs to build even more trust with its customers.
