This location of Movado Company Store offers a wide selection of men's and women's watches from various brands, including Movado, Ebel, Concord, Coach, and more. The store's main strength is its pricing, offering watches at great discounts, up to 70% off the original price. However, some customers have mentioned that the quality of the watches may vary depending on the brand and model. One major issue that has been reported by multiple customers is the poor customer service. Some employees, particularly the manager, have been described as rude and unhelpful, while others have been praised for their excellent service and knowledge. This inconsistency in customer service can make a big difference in the overall shopping experience.Despite this issue, the store's innovativeness is noteworthy, as it offers a wide range of watches and brands, making it a great destination for those looking for something unique. The store's location in Ellenton Outlet Mall is also convenient, making it easily accessible to shoppers.Overall, this location of Movado Company Store has its strengths and weaknesses. While the pricing and selection are major advantages, the inconsistent customer service can be a turn-off for some customers. With some improvement in customer service, this store could become an even more enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience.
