I visited this medical service location in Tampa City and was overall satisfied with the experience. The wheelchair accessible parking lot made it easy to get in and out with a lot of comfort. However, I had some doubts about the quality of services provided as the staff was not very professional and the premises looked a bit dated. They take pride in being a small business and that shows in the personalized attention you receive, but it would be nice if they could improve the overall presentation.The prices here were more than fair and I thought it was a great value for what you get. The location also has a pharmacy and a medical supply store, which is very convenient. I was also happy to see that they partner with More Relief, a reputable co-brand. However, I did have to call the phone number multiple times to get in touch with someone, which was a bit frustrating.One thing that stood out was the innovativeness of the staff in finding solutions to your health concerns. They took the time to listen to your issues and offered some great advice. Overall, it's a great place to go for medical services, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of quality and presentation.
