This business location seems to be well-regarded by its visitors, with a high overall score. The quality of the experience is also rated very highly, suggesting that the business delivers on its promises. The pricing seems to be competitive and reasonable, with a perfect score. The innovativeness of the business is also notable, with a high score indicating that it is doing something new and unique. However, there is one major issue that stands out: a past customer had a very negative experience with the owner's attitude and service. The business has attempted to respond to this criticism and address the customer's concerns, but it may be worth taking a closer look at customer service and ensuring that all staff are trained to provide a high level of service. Despite this issue, the business seems to be doing many things right and is well worth a visit for animal lovers and families. The animal encounters are a highlight, with many visitors praising the opportunity to get up close and personal with a variety of exotic animals. The business also seems to be doing a good job of promoting education and conservation, which is admirable. Overall, this business is a great option for those looking for a unique and interactive animal experience.
