This home improvement business has proven to be a reliable choice for those in need of tree services, concrete work, and landscape design. Montero Home Improvements Inc. offers a wide range of services, from tree trimming to concrete installation, and landscape design to construction development. Their business hours are quite flexible, catering to customers with different schedules. One can visit them on weekdays from 8 in the morning till 6 in the evening, with slightly shorter hours on Fridays. They are not open on Sundays. The company seems to be actively engaging with its clients, offering online estimates for those who prefer to plan ahead. Montero Home Improvements Inc. also identifies itself as a women-owned business, which may appeal to some customers. However, there seems to be a lack of transparency in the company's communication, as one customer experienced difficulties with scheduling an estimate and never received a call or visit from the company representatives. Despite this issue, many customers have had a very positive experience with the business. The company is said to have competitive pricing, and their estimates often come in lower than those of local competitors. They are known to be reliable, responsive, and do excellent work. One customer in particular appreciated the level of personal involvement that the company's owner brings to the project, often sending pictures to address any issues that may arise during the work. This level of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is certainly a plus. Overall, Montero Home Improvements Inc. is a good choice for those in need of home improvement services in Leesburg, FL. While there may be some room for improvement in terms of communication, the company's excellent work, competitive pricing, and commitment to customer satisfaction make it a worthwhile consideration.
