4.1

The location of Ashton Woods in Tampa City has both good and not-so-good sides. The quality of the construction seems to be somewhat lacking, which might be a concern for potential buyers. However, the pricing of their homes is quite competitive, making them a good option for those looking for an affordable solution. The sales representatives, such as Matthew Thomas, are a highlight of the company, providing excellent customer service and being very knowledgeable about the available homes. The designs and layouts of the homes are also impressive, making them worth checking out. The business has a long history, which is a positive factor. However, the lack of proper safety measures in the neighborhood, as mentioned by one client, is a major issue that needs to be addressed. It's good that the client is taking action to report this incident to the relevant authorities.
