This location of MoneyGram offers convenient services for people who need to receive or send money. The address is easy to find, Building 7450 on Cypress Gardens Blvd Boulevard in Winter Haven City. The working hours are also quite convenient, operating from 7 in the morning to 9 in the evening every day, including weekends.Unfortunately, the quality of the service is not up to par, as evidenced by a negative experience reported by a customer. A staff member allegedly showed a mean attitude towards a customer, which led to a very poor rating. On the other hand, the pricing seems to be quite competitive, as reflected in the rating. The location is wheelchair accessible, with both a parking lot and entrance designed for people with disabilities. Parking is available on-site.The address is easily found with the help of the company's website. The phone number is also provided for any inquiries or assistance. One major issue that needs attention is the poor customer service experience reported by a customer, which seems to be a one-off incident but still requires a serious look into the company's training and hiring practices.
