The location of the business seems to be a popular spot for people seeking tax preparation services and legal advice. The address is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. The business is open on weekdays and Saturdays, providing flexibility for those who need to visit during these times. However, the overall quality of service seems to be a concern. Several negative reviews mentioned issues with responsiveness, customer service, and professionalism. One customer reported not receiving their tax refund and had trouble getting in touch with the business. Another reviewer stated that they had a bad experience with their tax preparer and felt that the business was unprofessional. On the other hand, there were some positive reviews that praised the business for its excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and high-quality work. One reviewer mentioned that they received a maximum refund and excellent service from a staff member. Another reviewer appreciated the business's professionalism and cleanliness. One major issue that stands out is the problem with responsiveness and customer service. Several reviewers mentioned that they had trouble getting in touch with the business or that their calls were not returned. This seems to be a persistent problem that needs to be addressed. Overall, while the business has its strengths, the negative reviews and issues with responsiveness and customer service bring down the overall quality of the service.
