They mention that the groomers are gentle and convenient, making the experience enjoyable for their pets. Some clients have even commented on the competitive prices. However, one issue stands out - a negative review from a client who felt the business provided a poor service, specifically mentioning a groomer with only two months of experience. The client felt the business was unprofessional and tried to persuade them to remove the review. Another client was unhappy with their service, mentioning that the groomer did not do what they asked for, and the price was higher than expected.Despite these issues, the overall experience seems to be positive, with many clients returning for repeat visits.
