We had a good experience with Mold Masters. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The team was friendly and helpful, and they kept us informed throughout the process. They were able to identify and eliminate the mold in our home, and they even helped us with the insurance claim.The team was thorough and detailed in their work, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. They were also very patient and understanding, which made the process much less stressful.One issue we had was that they didn't completely remove all the mold in our home, but instead left some of it behind. This left our home still smelling of mold, which was a problem for us.Overall, we would recommend Mold Masters to anyone in need of mold remediation services. They were a pleasure to work with, and they did a good job of getting rid of the mold in our home. However, they could improve their attention to detail and make sure that they completely remove all the mold in a home.
