The apartments offer a beautiful property with a great location, walking distance to the best restaurants and right by the Rays ballpark. The building boasts a solid and quiet structure, made of poured concrete and thick windows, reducing road noise. The amenities are upscale, including a pool on the 6th floor, a gym, a sky lounge on the 20th floor, a yoga room, a bike storage facility, and a spin room with a view. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the transition to St. Petersburg less stressful.However, the parking situation is a major drawback. There are not enough parking spaces for all residents, and the only way to have two cars per unit is if you have a 3-bedroom apartment, which costs an additional $150 for the next car. This can be frustrating and expensive for residents. The leasing office can be unreachable by phone on some days, and the application process can be slow. Additionally, some residents have reported issues with their units, such as cracked grout and mixed up washer and dryer pipes.Overall, Modera St. Petersburg is a great option for those who value a beautiful property, upscale amenities, and a convenient location.
