This location is a well-rounded business, providing excellent services to its customers. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, making the experience very pleasant. They are also convenient to visit, with various service options available, including in-store shopping, delivery, and curbside pickup. The prices are very competitive, which is a major advantage. The store also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. It's worth noting that this business is a small, Latino-owned operation, which adds to its charm. The only minor issue that was noticed is the lack of innovativeness in their services and offerings. They seem to stick to traditional repair services, and there's no apparent effort to introduce new, cutting-edge technologies or services. However, this does not seem to affect the overall quality of their services. The business has a strong reputation, with all customers giving it a 5-star rating. They seem to be extremely reliable, with a quick turnaround time and high-quality work. Many customers have praised the staff's ability to communicate effectively and make the repair process easy and stress-free. They have also been commended for their honesty and transparency, with some customers appreciating the fact that they don't try to sell them unnecessary services or products. Overall, this location is an excellent choice for anyone in need of phone repair or other electronics services.
