This location has been found to be reliable in providing services to RV owners. The business is wheelchair accessible and has a mechanic on site. Payments are also accepted via NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. However, the shop is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. The phone number is +19413593001 and the address is Building 1250, Commerce Blvd S Street, Sarasota City. Although the overall rating is relatively high, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by the front desk staff. One customer mentioned that the staff seemed unhelpful and uninterested in assisting with their issue. Another customer was left waiting for a call back after scheduling an appointment, and was told to pick up their RV without any prior notice. However, many customers have praised the location for its knowledgeable and friendly staff, with some mentioning that they have been dealing with the same technician, Joe, for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with his work. Some customers have also appreciated the location's willingness to come to them and provide mobile service, which is a convenient option for those who do not have the time or ability to bring their RV to the shop. Overall, this location appears to be a reliable option for RV owners in need of repair and maintenance services.
