Mobile Manor MHP is a mobile home park located in St. Petersburg, Florida, offering a peaceful and secure living environment for its residents. The park is well-managed, with a live-in manager and regular maintenance, which keeps the premises clean and tidy. The park's location is convenient, with easy access to amenities and services. However, the park's rules and expectations are strictly enforced, which may be a challenge for some residents. The park's security measures are commendable, with full-time security presence on the premises. This has contributed to the park's reputation for being a safe and secure community. The park's management has also implemented rules to maintain a peaceful and quiet environment, which is appreciated by many residents. One notable issue is the presence of rats in certain areas of the park, as reported by some residents. This is a concern that the management has not fully addressed, and it may be worth taking steps to eliminate the problem.Despite some minor issues, Mobile Manor MHP is a suitable option for those looking for a peaceful and secure mobile home park in the St. Petersburg area.
