This Mobil 1 Lube Express location in Inverness City is a reliable and trustworthy spot for car maintenance. The staff is known for being kind, professional, and honest, making customers feel at ease. They take pride in their work and strive to complete services quickly, with many customers experiencing in-and-out service within 15-30 minutes. The prices are reasonable, and customers appreciate the transparency in pricing and services offered. However, one notable issue is the recent introduction of a non-cash fee for using credit cards, which has resulted in some customers deciding to take their business elsewhere. Overall, this location excels in its quality of service, pricing, and innovativeness, making it a go-to destination for car maintenance needs.
