I have had a very good experience with Mission Storage in Hernando, Florida. The staff, particularly Howard and Rick, have been very friendly and helpful. They have always been available to answer my questions and provide assistance when needed. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with easy access to the units. I appreciate the flexibility they offer in terms of rental periods and prices. However, I do have one issue that I want to bring to their attention. I have noticed that some of the staff, including some of the managers, can be quite pushy and aggressive in their sales tactics. While I understand that they are trying to meet their sales targets, I believe it would be beneficial for the company to provide some additional training on how to handle customer interactions in a more professional and respectful manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Mission Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient storage solution. With a few minor adjustments to their sales approach, I think they could take their customer service to the next level.
