Minute Key is a convenient location for making keys and providing locksmith services. The store is located at Building 4210 on South Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa City. They offer 24/7 locksmith services, which can be helpful in emergency situations. The staff is friendly and welcoming, as evidenced by some of the positive reviews. However, some customers have experienced issues with the quality of the keys made at the kiosk or by the locksmith. In some cases, the keys did not work, and customers had to start over. This is a significant problem, as it can be frustrating and time-consuming to resolve.Additionally, the pricing at Minute Key seems to be a concern for some customers. One review mentioned paying $128 to drill out a door lock, which was considered very expensive. While Minute Key has some redeeming qualities, such as their convenience and friendly staff, the quality issues and high prices are notable drawbacks. To improve their services, Minute Key could focus on ensuring the accuracy and reliability of their key-making process and providing more transparent pricing for their services.
