Minute Key is a reliable business that offers various services, including key duplication and 24/7 locksmith services. They have a convenient location on James L Redman Parkway in Plant City, making it easy to access their services. The staff seems to be professional and responsive, which is a positive aspect of the business. However, there have been some issues with the quality of the keys made by Minute Key, with one customer reporting that none of the three keys they made worked. This is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. The business is open for extended hours, making it accessible to customers who need their services outside of regular business hours. They are committed to providing great customer service, and the owner actively engages with customers to resolve any issues that may arise. While Minute Key has its strengths, there is still room for improvement, particularly in terms of the quality of their services.
