Minute Key is a home security system and key duplication service located at Building 32715, Eiland Blvd Boulevard in Zephyrhills City. They provide 24/7 locksmith services for customers who are locked out of their homes or cars or need to replace a lock. The business has a phone number of +13527602681 and a website at https://www.minutekey.com/key-services/florida/zephyrhills/locksmith-key-copy-duplication-32715-eiland-blvd/37376/. They operate from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. However, there have been some issues with the business's service. A customer reported that they were charged $213.99 for a key fob at a kiosk in Lowe's, but the kiosk did not provide an order number or a receipt. Despite multiple attempts to contact the business, the customer was not contacted until they persisted on the phone, and even then, the business took several days to resolve the issue. The customer was also asked to confirm information that the business already had, which added to their frustration. The customer ultimately had to dispute the charge with their bank and went to a local locksmith to have their key fob made. The business apologized for the poor service and offered to help the customer resolve the issue, but the customer was not satisfied with the response. This experience highlights a lack of attention to detail and poor communication from the business.
