This business has some pros and cons. It's located on Commercial Way Street in Brooksville City and offers a variety of services such as key duplication, locksmith, emergency locksmith service, home security systems, and repair & renovations. They also provide 24/7 locksmith services which is convenient for customers. The staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. However, some customers have experienced issues with keys not working properly after being made by the employees, which can be frustrating and time-consuming to resolve.Overall, the business is reliable and has good customer service, but there have been some quality control issues. The prices are competitive, but the convenience of the 24/7 service makes up for it. The business has shown some innovation in offering various services under one roof, but there is room for improvement in terms of quality control.
