The business offers a wide range of services, including key duplication, home security systems, and 24/7 locksmith services. Their 24/7 availability ensures that you can get help whenever you need it.The Minute Key team is known for providing professional and quality services. They have a good reputation among customers, with many praising their ability to provide precision-cut keys and exceptional customer service. The team's professionalism and attention to detail make them a reliable choice for all your locksmith needs.Minute Key is also known for its competitive pricing, making it an affordable option for customers. The business's pricing strategy ensures that customers get value for their money, without compromising on quality. However, the business could improve its innovativeness by offering more modern and advanced solutions for home security and key duplication. While they have a good reputation for traditional locksmith services, they could benefit from investing in new technologies to stay ahead of the competition. One notable issue is the wait time for larger orders, such as the one customer who had to wait for 9 keys to be made. While the keys ultimately worked fine, the wait time was a minor inconvenience.
