Minute Key is a convenient location for various services, including key copying and locksmith needs. They have a 24/7 emergency locksmith service, which is a great feature for people who get locked out of their homes or cars. The staff seems to be knowledgeable about their services, but there was a reported issue with a customer's experience due to poor communication.
The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily navigable for people with mobility issues.
One customer had a great experience with key duplication, saying it was fun to choose from the great selection and the key worked perfectly.
While Minute Key has a wide range of services, there is a highlighted issue with customer service, specifically with one customer having trouble communicating with the staff.
They are open seven days a week from 6 am to 11 pm, making them a convenient option for those in need of locksmith services. Their location is on S Tamiami Trl Trail in North Port City.
