This business offers excellent services, making key duplication and providing 24/7 locksmith services for homes and cars. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. They have a convenient location with a wide range of working hours. Many customers have had a positive experience with Minute Key, praising their key duplication services as easy to operate and convenient. They appreciate the quick and simple process of getting keys, which is also cost-effective. Some customers have even enjoyed watching the key-making machine in action. However, not all customers have been satisfied. A few have experienced issues with the quality of the keys, reporting that they feel light weight and difficult to turn, which can be frustrating. One customer had a particularly negative experience, with none of the copied keys working. The business responds promptly to customer feedback and concerns, showing a commitment to improving their services and customer experience. Despite some minor issues, Minute Key has a solid reputation and is a good choice for those in need of key duplication and locksmith services. As for the innovation, the business has a user-friendly machine that allows customers to create their own keys, which is a great feature. However, it would be even better if the quality of the keys could be improved to meet customer expectations.
