The business is Minute Key, a home security system provider and key duplication service located at Building 2000, FL-60 Street, Lake Wales City. It operates 24/7 and offers locksmith services, including key copying and replacement. The business has a range of services, including building key copying, which can be completed quickly and at a great price. Some customers have reported smooth and easy experiences, with their keys being duplicated in just minutes. However, others have experienced issues, such as machines not functioning properly or employees attempting to extort them. It's worth noting that some customers have reported being charged higher prices than expected or being presented with false information. In one instance, a customer was charged $2 more than it would have cost at Home Depot, and in another, a customer was told that a vehicle was in use and needed to be re-keyed when it was not.Overall, the business seems to have some issues with customer service and quality control, which can be a major concern for potential customers. It's essential to be aware of these potential issues before using their services.
